Welcome to Department of Business and Public Administration
The aim of the Department of Business and Public Administration is to produce all rounder in the business education arena and to prepare the students to face all the challenges in their working career.
Our department offers Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours)[BBA],Bachelor of Public Administration (Honours)[BPA] and Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) Healthcare Management[BHM] to cater for students who are interested in the business and management study. Students pursuing the BBA,BHM and BPA programmes will gain knowledge and experience in the business world such as accounting, taxation, marketing, laws, human resource management and etc.
Our BBA,BPA and BHM programmes are accredited by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). In addition, we also collaborate with local professional bodies such as Chartered Secretaries Malaysia (MAICSA) for programme accreditation and exemptions to provide the academic route for students to achieve professional qualifications.
Our department's academicians come from a wide array of academic and industrial experience. Hence, I strongly believe that they are able to share sufficient in-depth knowledge and skills with our student here. This is essential in guiding our undergraduate in their career development and future success.
Today, the business industry is expanding rapidly and thus creates tremendous career opportunities. Our programmes enables the graduate to be versatile and be able to apply his knowledge and skills to a variety of business and healthcare fields. Our BA,BPA and BHM graduates could immerse themselves in the career development of general management, human resource management, strategic management, corporate governance, Sun Zi's art of war and etc.
